Carbon County— Discover Carbon County Wyoming (DCC), is pleased to announce the 2025 Photo Contest Winners. 

"We are excited to announce a record number of entries submitted to our 2025 Photo Contest.  The beauty, stunning landscapes, rich colors, heart, and character captured in these images truly reflect what makes Carbon County so special.  We thank all the participants for their wonderful entries,” said Leslie Jefferson, CEO, Discover Carbon County.  

Each year, DCC holds a photo contest.  The entry system opens mid-March and closes after Labor Day.  The photos are compiled and scheduled for judging.  The blind judging takes place at a fall (CCVC)DCC Board of Directors meeting.  This year, the Board of Directors viewed the 41 photos entered.  The images are identified only by entry number.  The following winners: 1st place to 415, 2nd to 425, and Honorable Mention to 407:
